On occasion 人 81 Black Men has dedicated itself to Financial, Legal and Religious projects. This may include preparing and transmitting letters, forms and affidavits in a Pro Se fashion or making external gifts. Please find below brief descriptions of each project as well as links to a few of the letters and affidavits from each endeavor.

(In Her Official Capacity) : In April 2010, several years before
requesting protective custody, the founder Mr. Spence was
falsely charged with several criminal accusations. The charges
were eventually disposed in December 2018 as "Nolle Prosequi" or
Dismissed but not before the submission of more than 800 pages
to the Superior Court. An interlocutory appeal regarding
reverting the legal status is pending to the Supreme Court after
ruling by the 11th Circuit. Solely the Federal court's filings

- Amicus Curiae - [11th District Northern District of GA -Civil Suit] In re: Ms. Elizabeth Jones, The Independent Reviewer of All the State of Georgia (SOG), SOG-Dept. of Beh. Health & Dev. Dis. (SOG-DBHDD) and SOG-Department of Community Health: Due to several incidents of abuse and death non-forensic and forensic detainees of SOG-DBHDD the United States Department of Justice initiated an investigation and consequently sued the State of Georgia that resulted in October 2010 in a 50-page document known as Settlement Agreement. Mr. Spence has written many letters to state officials seeking an administrative, pre-litigation remedy and if no such agreement is gained then written correspondence is made to Ms. Jones in order to gain better conditions and/or involuntary resignation.(Mr. Spence did not author the Settlement Agreement. Several state official's names were redacted)
- Pro Se - [11th Circuit-Civil Suit] Mr. Jermaine E. Spence, plaintiff vs. State of Georgia - City of Hapeville - Hapeville Municipal Court - Court Services, et al.: This case, filed in December 2019, arose when instead of being ethical state employees, Mr. Spence's life was filed with disappointment after disappointment upon learning that the Fulton County DA office had refused to remove a time-barred pre-file indictment that resulted in several failed employment opportunities between February 2019 to March 2019. Even more a pro rata nata (PRN) prescription of Elizabeth Correnti, MD caused Mr. Spence two-hours of sleep outside of the building/unit as all individuals were required to exit the building for daily activities. This case includes 6 other defendants. Solely the Federal court's filings and orders are contained in these links.
- Pro Se - [11th District Middle District of GA , Albany,
Georgia-Civil Suit] Mr. Jermaine E. Spence, plaintiff vs. State
of Georgia - Reemon Bishara, et al.: This case, filed in
November 2020, against Bishara and 25 others due to a multitude
of nefarious acts, including the civil misdeeds of Due Process
violations, race discrimination, negligence, assault and police
harassment / Duress. Because Mr. Spence is Black and Gay named
defendants chose to violate Mr. Spence's civil rights. Various
jurisdictional statues were employed in the federal civil
complaint. Solely the Federal court's filings and orders are

B.Wallace, E. Harris and E. Correnti [In Their Official
Capacity]: This case seeks habeas corpus relief that will allow
the sane and non-violent to be free of undue detention in state
hospitals. Mr. Spence's motion for Joint Administration of the
appeals arising from orders of the Probate Court and Office of
State Administrative Hearings was granted. Therefore two cases
are receiving judicial review. Solely the Court of Appeals'

- Pro Se – ACTIVE CRIMINAL CONDUCT - [Magistrate Court of Dougherty County Albany , Georgia- Criminal Warrant Application was illicitly refused ] Mr. Jermaine E. Spence, plaintiff vs. Vincent Gilbert , RN; Stanley Ferrell Soles , APRN ; Ms. Laura “Loria” Barber ; Ms. Kristen Marie Brown ; Mr. Floyd Jones ; Deputy of the Dougherty County Sheriff’s Office Mr. Erving Mclain , defendants [In Their Personal Capacities] : On July 27, 2021 Mr. Spence attempted to file a warrant application against 6 individuals for criminal conduct. Instead of accepting the application and the $120 assistant Magistrate judge Victoria Johnson, a probable drug cartel affiliate, stated that she would send a docketing notice by mail in two weeks. No notice arrived, and Mr. Spence has since the culmination of the two week period—ending on August 10, 2021—contacted the chief magistrate who advised Mr. Spence to seek contact with the Dougherty County Grand Jury. However, District Attorney of Dougherty County Mr. Greg Edwards has refused to reply to multiple emails and telephone calls. Mr. Spence has no association with any drug cartels, Jews, the Hip Hop industry, the Klu Klux Klan of Alabama or of Arkansas or Viacom, Inc. Recently, Mr. Spence has sought the employment termination of and a permanent State of Georgia rehire ban against Johnson and Edwards.
- Pro Se – ACTIVE CIVILLY LIABLE MISCONDUCT - [In Administrative
Remedy phase - Dougherty County Albany , Georgia] In July 2020
Mr. Spence re-submitted a letter to the offices of U.S. Senator
Mr. Corey Booker. Mr. Spence reiterated several ideas for
several Federal Initiatives, which are suggestions for policies,
law and acts. The letter included a request to Senator Booker
that the Klu Klux Klan be no longer permitted to maintain a USPS
Post Office Box or website. Afterwards a likely klan member and
notable abhorrent of the Gay Mr. Spence who merely was empowered
as a rent collector and not landlord, ejected Mr. Spence from a
faith-based residential arrangement.
